Jill is a lifelong resident of Mason County and has been a full-time sales associate with Homestead since 1980. She works mainly from the Point Pleasant office. Paul has been a full-time sales associate with Homestead Realty since June, 2007, after retiring with more than 30 years of teaching in Mason County Schools. He grew up in the New Haven area and is a graduate of Wahama High School and Marshall University. Paul works mainly from Homestead's New Haven office, but is available to assist customers in all areas of Mason County. The Maynards are the parents of two daughters, Jessica (Ben) Loudin, a Mason County teacher; and Courtney (Adam) Jones, who resides in Winchester, KY. They are also grandparents to Baylee and Brecken Loudin, and to Matthew Jones. Both Paul and Jill are members of the Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors, West Virginia Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
